Meet Marni~

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you’ve imagined.
~Thoreau

I am fervently committed to guiding, supporting, educating, and comforting parents so that you can experience greater confidence, less stress, more joy, and develop a tool box of unique parenting skills. I want you to go to bed every night proud of the parent you are, and confident that you are doing what’s best for your children and family.

If you are looking for a proven professional who can guide you to address why your children aren’t cooperating or listening to you, why you are completely exhausted and nagging or losing your cool with those you love the most, and why this thing called parenting is so overwhelming– you’ve come to the right place. I have over 16 years of experience working with amazing moms and dads with similar worries and concerns. Through my guidance, encouragement and support families achieve remarkable success. My mission and commitment is to provide parents with the support and skills you need to create the family of your dreams!

My path to serve, guide and support families like yours became clear when I gave birth prematurely to my oldest daughter. With no local family and very few friends with children of their own, I needed guidance, support and the comfort of knowing that I could figure this parenting thing out. As my daughter grew I hungered for answers to questions ranging from how to discipline her  with kindness, dignity and respect to how to choose a preschool that would love and honor her as much as my husband and I did. It was here I began a personal journey of formal education and on the job training that brings me to fostering the growth of fabulous families like yours.

Clients are saying remarkable things about the impact my work has on their parenting:

In parent coaching, I was given a different lens through which to see myself and my family’s lens that focused on all our strengths instead of all my weaknesses, and by focusing on these strengths, they began to grow. I will be ever grateful to Marni for guiding me through my articulation of what my dreams are for me and my family. With these dreams articulated and focused on, I now have the power to turn them into reality. ~Rebecca Nowlen, mother of two, Culver City California

Because of Marni, I listen better, I give space and time without that rushed feeling, I try and see beyond the behavior and I value play as the greatest gift I can give my son as a foundation for a healthy developing mind, heart and body. ~Jackie Redner, Los Angeles California

I think the most valuable attribute that I took away from my coaching sessions with Marni was that she built my confidence in myself and my parenting skills and that reassures me that I am doing a good job parenting my son! ~Leslie Daily, Ojai California
